Our rum is made to be sipped and enjoyed, but who doesn't love a good cocktail? 

Explore some of our favorites, mixed with our Rican Rum, below: 

  • 2 ounces of Sing-Barrel Aged Rum

  • 1 teaspoon allspice dram

  • 1 teaspoon demerara syrup

  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

  • 2 dashes orange bitters

  • Garnish: orange twist and cherry

Rum Old Fashioned

  • 1 ½ ounces white rum 

  • 2 ounces blueberry mint simple syrup (as made by Root 23, for example)

  • 1 ounce peach juice

  • 3 to 4 ounces club soda

  • Garnish: blueberries and/or peach slices

Blueberry Peach Mojito 
  • 1 1/2 ounces of Single-Barrel Aged Rum
  • 6 ounces of Coke
  • A lime wedge

Cuba Libre

  • 12 ounces cinnamon rum 

  • 1 (15-ounce) can cream of coconut

  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk

  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract or vanilla extract

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves

  • ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • Garnish: ground nutmeg and cinnamon sticks

 

Rum Coquito

  • 1 ½ ounces white rum

  • ½ ounce single-barrel aged rum
  • ½ ounce dry curaçao liqueur
  • ¾ ounce lime juice
  • ¼ ounce orgeat syrup
  • ¼ ounce simple syrup
  • Garnish: lime peel twist, pineapple spear, and a maraschino cherry

Mai Tai

  • 2 ounces coconut rum 

  • 1 ½ ounces cream of coconut or coconut sorbet
  • 1 ½ ounces pineapple juice
  • ½ ounce lime juice (freshly squeezed if possible)
  • Garnish: pineapple slice and maraschino cherry
